If you're here, you're probably running on empty — drained by mid-afternoon, checked out by evening, and somewhere underneath it, a quiet worry that you're not as good at this as you used to be.
First thing to know: burnout isn't weakness, and it isn't fixed by a spa day. It's a resources equation that's been running at a deficit — chronic demands outpacing real recovery, for long enough that the debt compounds. Equations can be worked.
This program is CBT for stress and burnout. We're going to work the recovery side hard — the science of what actually recharges a person, which is more specific than 'rest.' We'll work the boundary side honestly — where the workday ends, and what actually happens when you hold the line. And we'll work the thought side — the stories like 'only I can do this' that keep you volunteering for the deficit.
Some of your burnout has causes you don't control. Workloads, staffing, the person who schedules meetings at five o'clock — those are your workplace's to fix, and we won't pretend otherwise. This program works the controllable half, and it says plainly which half is which. And if your workload is genuinely impossible, the fix includes conversations and decisions no app replaces — our job is to get you resourced enough to have them.
Right now: a short check-in, two honest questions, and a first map of the drain. That's it.
