Here's the idea this whole program runs on, and it's backed by a pile of research most people never hear about: resilience isn't a personality you were or weren't born with. It's a set of skills — and most people badly underestimate their own.
When researchers actually follow people through hard events, the finding that keeps coming up is that ordinary resilience is the norm, not the exception. Most of us are steadier than we predict. And the ingredients — flexible thinking, active coping, a trained stress-response, strong foundations, values that hold under load, a real network — are all *learnable*. Not traits. Skills.
This isn't treatment for anything. You don't need a diagnosis and I'm not assuming one. Bounce is the opposite of that: a proactive toolkit, built before the storm and sharpened for the load you're already carrying. Think of it as the coping skills that show up across every kind of therapy, distilled and taught to you on purpose — while things are calm enough to practice.
Three pieces:
One more thing. Bounce is also the suite's front door. If, somewhere in here, you realize a specific thing is bigger than a general kit — mood, worry, sleep, panic, burnout, something from the past — I'll point you, warmly and specifically, to the program built for exactly it. That's not failure. That's using the whole thing the way it's meant to be used.
Right now: a short check-in, a snapshot, and the daily log set up. That's it.
